The Decline bench was designed with a 14″ wide pad to be very supportive while doing movements from either the decline or flat position. The bench has 4 rollers to lock your legs in which can also be used for split squats and other exercises. This bench is a great dumbbell area bench as it can be used as both a Flat and Decline bench.

The Decline Bench has 7 adjustment points that allow you to go from Flat to various declined angles. The pull pin makes for fast adjustment between the 7 adjustment points so you can spend more time training.

The frame is all 3x3 tubing so it is very sturdy or beefy as some would say. The wheels are Stray Dog Logo ABEC 7 Bearing wheels so the bench moves very easily. The wheels like the Alpha Bench have a steel protector so they are protected from falling weights.
