The Scap Strap is a Patented design by pro baseball pitcher Jacob Nix that we have partnered together to manufacture and distribute. It was specifically designed to target the rotator cuff as well as the musculature responsible for both internal and external rotation of the glenohumeral joint. The size and versatility of The Scap Strap allows the athlete to complete their entire shoulder program virtually anywhere as they can use a band or cable column as resistance or use as a suspension strap.

The Scap Strap is a patented product that is unique due to it's long V shape, which allows you to do exercises without being impeded by the strap hitting you. Exercises like face pulls, overhead raise and even cable flys can be performed as the 44.5" long strap allowing more ROM.
