The Lat Pull Down Low row is a selectorized machine with a 1:1 ration on both the high and low pulleys. The low pulley has an adjustable foot peg and the knee hold is also adjustable but the seat is fixed. The unit is made out of 3×3 tubing with 1” holes so attachments can easily be added and with a 36” x 56.5” footprint this machine won’t take up too much floor space.

The Lat Pull Down/Low Row Fixed Seat unit is less versatile as the seat and knee hold are both fixed compared to our Stand Alone Lat Pull Down which uses the Lat Seat and Dual Utility Roller which can be used for other exercises as well.

The Lat Pull Down/Low Row Fixed Seat has 6 pull pin adjustments to adjust the knee hold and 7 adjustment points on the low row foot pegs.

The Fixed seat has a logo spot for a Laser Cut or Decal Logo.

Best lat pulldown on the market!

This is the best lat pulldown I have used in my 20 years of being a gym rat.  I am 6'4" with long arms and finding a pulldown that allows a full stretch is a problem on most of the big name commercial products.  This machine lets me get full extension with several inches to spare, regardless of what pulldown attachment I use.  My wife is 5'3" (on a good day) and it works well  for her too.  The pulleys are smooth with no catching.  I have the 250 lb stack and it's a beast.  I had some concern that I would not like being on the floor for rows but the "line of pull" is actually perfect.  As a bonus, I use the footplate for the low row as a footplate for glute ham raises with a portable glute-ham pad. Lat pulldowns and low rows are staples for back development.  Don't skimp and buy a flimsy budget machine. Check out mine on this site (https://straydogstrength.com/showcase/home-gym/)
