Our new ISO Cups solve this by securely holding the barbell in a groove, allowing athletes to perform isometric contractions without setup or teardown hassles. Compatible with 1" or 5/8" hole racks on 3x3" tubing, and offering 1" adjustments on 2" hole spacing. ISO Cups allow the athlete to focus on the ISO Contraction and not worry about the barbell.
