The Alpha Chinning Triangle is one of the most versatile and high quality Chinning Triangles on the market.  With a tab for a carabineer for cable movements and also has a hole for a standard 2″ barbell sleeve this attachment does both Landmine and Cable movements. The Alpha Chinning Triangle separates itself from the rest of the chinning triangles on the market as it is the only one using 28.5 MM knurled handles just like a bar.

The Alpha Chinning Triangle also has a hole for landmine use and a tab for a carabiner for cable use making it very versatile. The hole is all steel no plastic to protect the bar in an effort to make it affordable.

Extremely versatile, well-made, must-have piece for your gym!

I've been using the Alpha Chinning Triangle for coming up on a year now, and it's become a stable in my workouts!  This is a piece that I highly recommend because it's extremely versatile.  I use it for Landmine barbell shrugs, landmine barbell rows, standing landmine shoulder press, and cable low rows and high rows!The construction of the piece is bullet proof!  Solid steel construction, and the handles on it have a nice knurl to it that keeps your hands in place when you're going through your exercises without ripping them apart. Powder coat is the textured black that gives a little extra grip while holding it as well!Once again, I highly recommend this piece! @garagegymdads
