Our Rack Attached Cable Column is a space-saving design that allows you to add a cable column inside a Stray Dog Strength Alpha Half rack or ATR Frame. The Trolley goes directly on the upright and can be moved up out of the way to add bar cups and spotter arms for barbell movements making it one of the most versatile rack attachments on the market. By adding two Cable Column Attachments you can create a 43″ Functional Trainer inside a half rack without losing any functionality. (Only comes with the machine parts not the frame)

Yes you can do lat pull downs on the cable column, just add the Dual Utility Roller and a pad to sit on, click here to watch a video on how to set it up. 

The Rack attached cable column is a great way to pack as much functionality into the footprint of the rack as possible. The trolley can be adjusted to any hole on the upright allowing athletes to hit virtually any cable exercise possible.

The Trolley goes right onto the rack post which allows you to use the cable column post for other attachments or as a lifting station when not in use.

The Trolley pivots side to side allowing the athlete to choose the location they want to do the movement as they can use the pulley straight on or to either side allowing multiple athletes to train on the same rack and work around each other safely.

You can have lever arms and a cable column attachment but it will be a cluttered rack.

Buttery smooth 

Easy assembly, the picture tells it all. Overbuilt, and I'm loving it. My older cable machine had a problem when you pull all the way out, the center weight pin hits the stack when coming back, sound is annoying,  and sometimes it gets stucked. Not this one, you get what you pay for.
