Our utility roller was designed to do much more than just keep your knees locked in for Lat pull-downs. Due to its smooth rotation you can do various exercise such as split squats, feet elevated push ups, Nordic curls, and more exercises.

The inside of the utility roller frame has 3 screwed in plastic pieces  one for each rack contact point to protect the rack post.

It can be attached to an Alpha Bench as a split squat stand that does not take up any extra floor space.

Awesome!

This thing is perfect! I purchased it to do nordic curls with, but I have been using it a ton or other things as well! It's great for split squats, curls, bracing for face pulls, etc! If you are in need of the two rollers, I would highly recommend this product.

Best dual roller

Best dual roller on the market. I bought it to use for lat pulldowns and it’s a 10/10 for that. Just starting to use it in other ways but you can get pretty creative working it into other exercises. Great buy,
