Our new Glute Ham Roller has multiple improvements from the standard one sold across the market. We added a hole for carabiners for assistance or resistance, added storage tabs, removed one of the two round bars, raised the bar up so your knuckles will not drag and made the bar thicker for better grip,  If your rack doesn’t have 1″ holes the storage tabs will not work but you can store them on our Glute Ham Roller Storage Cart.

This is the only Glute Ham Roller with a tab for added resistance or assistance, which allows athletes to progressively overload the Ham String Curl or Ab Roll out no matter their level.

Our Glute Ham Roller is the best design on the market as it is the only original design the rest of the rollers on the market have the same design, we know this because our Rollers were designed like that. We found 3 issues with the basic glute ham roller, 1 the bar was too low so athletes knuckles will drag. 2 there is no tab for adding resistance, 3 a separate storage hook is needed to store the product. We fixed all 3 of these issues and sell our improved Glute Ham Roller for the same price as our competition.
