The GOAT Attachment is designed to be one of the most versatile rack attachments, replacing the need for multiple standalone machines. Bronze bearings allow smooth rotation, and the bracket’s five pin holes let you pin the tube in at 11 different angles. The GOAT Attachment includes the bracket, a 24" tube with 1" holes, and two hitch pins. Attachments are sold separately. Both the 1" and 5/8" versions have identical frames, with the 5/8" model featuring a different threaded pin. The 1" holes on the tube make it compatible with all 1" attachments, providing many possible movements.

View full detailsThe GOAT ships disassembled all you need to do to assemble it is screw in the threaded pin and add the plastic protection piece with a screwdriver. If you ever change from an offset to an inline hole rack you can remove the pin and change the location from offset to inline or vice versa. If you change from a 5/8" to a 1" rack, we can sell you the 1" threaded pin for $60 so you can modify it to work on the 1" rack.

This attachment really is the goat! Aside from doing squats deadlifts etc. in my home gym this thing really completes my leg days being able to isolate each major leg muscle. I am extremely happy with this attachment. If you are on the fence about getting it just pull the trigger, you won’t be disappointed!
The GOAT is a great option in a tight space, I use mine with the REP Ares and it is everything I was hoping for
Just got the GOAT and I am mainly using it for my DIY 3x3 upright Lat pull-down machine/Low Row. It’s solid piece of equipment. I’ve used it for bent over dumbbell rows recently, and that felt great. I can’t wait to see what else the GOAT can do. Highly recommended.
I've always loved the idea of levers, but every implementation I've tried has been either dangerous or too much work to incorporate into my workouts. Enter the appropriately named GOAT. These are truly the GOAT of levers. I bought two because they hit the sweet spot of being versatile enough to do a plethora of workouts without being unmanageable. I've done chest presses, shoulder presses, shrugs bicep curls, lateral delt raises, deadlifts, leg extensions standing leg curls, kickbacks, step ups, progressive splits squats, and (for fun) vertical leg pressss. I do this all in a room with only about 42 square feet available. Changing between the workouts in a relatively short amount of time. So yes. It's the GOAT. Five stars. Just buy these things and support this company's incredible American made product. You won't regret it.
