Our Half Rack Spotter Arms offer more than just safety arms for failed lifts, featuring 11 attachment holes per arm. These arms can be paired with our Alpha Rollers, Utility Loops and other attachments to unlock multiple movements at the rack station, including 45 Hyper Extensions. They are included with all STR and MG Half Rack packages, these arms fit racks with inline 1″ holes only not offset holes and are sold individually.

By putting holes down the length of the spotter arm it allows the spotter arm to be modular with the ability to attach our attachments to it.

We discontinued our seat dedicated attachment as it is more cost-effective to add the seat to the spotter arm.

With the ability to put our utility loops in the spotter arm it opens up all kinds of possibilities for bodyweight training.  Athletes can several exercises including, inverted rows, pull-ups, incline push-ups at whatever height they want as the spotter arm adjusts to 37 holes on the rack post.

As they use inline hole pattern they do not work on offset hole racks such as Rogue or other brands, if you have a question about compatibility please reach out to use before ordering.
