Our Landmine attachment uses an Adjustable Nut allowing it to be quickly moved to any 1" hole on 3x3" tubing. This allows it to be used not just on our racks but our ATR Units or Alpha Bench as well. The height of the unit can be adjusted to create a higher starting point for Viking Press or Hack Squats.

Our Movable landmine is a very versatile attachment, with the ability for it to go into any hole on a Rack you can hit different angles that were not possible with a traditional bolt on landmine.

The Adjustable Nut has plastic to protect the rack post which is attached with two screws and no adhesive to last longer.

The best land mine to get! 

Perfect land mine with the ability to easily move it at different heights. The removable nut is quick and easy to get the landmine at different heights quickly and effectively.  Really a perfect item!
