The Lat Pulldown attachment was designed to fit inside a Stray Dog Strength rack to maximize floor space and functionality of the rack. The Lat Pulldown Attachment can be added to an Alpha Half rack or ATR Frame after purchasing due to our proprietary guide rod hole pattern.

The rack attached Lat Pull down from Stray Dog Strength has a 1:1 cable ratio allowing you to feel the true weight of the 250 pound sectorized weight stack.

Basic Package comes with 2 guide rods, 2 carabiners, 1 chain,250 LBS weight stack ,1 pulley housing (accent color) with pulleys and cable.

Deluxe Package includes, 2 guide rods,2 carabiners, 1 chain, 250 LBS weight stack, 1 Lat bar , 1 Dual storage hook , 1 Lat seat attachment , 1 utility roller and 1 pulley housing with pulleys and cable.

Our fixed low pulley with movable foot pegs can also be added to add a low row station to the unit.

We include a chain so different height athletes can comfortably use the high pulley, which allows shorter athletes to just reach up to grab the Lat bar and not have to stand on the seat to reach it.
