The Lat Seat was designed to fit on a Spotter arm to be an adjustable height seat, which you can also adjust the depth of by using the various holes on the Spotter Arm. The Lat Seat also fits on an upright to be used as a back support or can be used for seal rows on a Spotter Arm. Comes With a Stray Dog Hitch Pin. The Lat Seat is only available online with Black Upholstery but can be done in colors on a custom made to order basis.

The Lat seat can be attached to any piece of 3x3 tubing with 1" holes, attach it to a spotter arm for an adjustable seat or chest pad. Attach it to a rack post for a back or side pad for many free weight movements.

Great solution for a lat seat. It has other uses as a back/chest support for dumbbell work, rows etc. on a lever arm, but it works great as designed on a spotter arm for a compact and modular lat pulldown seat. The upholstery seems well made and I expect it will be durable. Cushion is good and firm. 10 out of 10.
