The Lightweight Stray Dog Power Bar has very similar specs to the Stray Dog Bar accept it only weighs 33 LBS and has a 25 MM diameter but still has the same knurling pattern and Cerakote finish.

The Lightweight bar was designed for youth and female athletes, it is 33 LBS instead of 44 LBS for our Stray Dog Power Bar and is also 25 MM on the shaft instead of 28.5 MM to allow for easier grip. It is also only 80" long but is still able to be racked on a 47" or 49" rack.
