Stray Dog Strength Change Plates come in 2.5, 5 and 10 LBS Variations and all have the same Screen Printed Stray Dog Strength Logo. They can be ordered in pairs, in a Change Plate set or in a a 285, 375 or 465  LBS Set with SDS Bumper Plates. Our Change Plates have a rubber center so they do not slip off a barbell allowing athletes to add them to the outside of collars safety for quick adjustments. They fit perfectly on our Change Plate Storage Unit.

Our Change Plates come in 2.5, 5 and 10 LBS Variations and are sold in pairs, a change plate set or a 285 LBS Bumper/Change Plate Set. The Bumper/Change Plate Sets are sold on the Stray Dog Strength Competition Bumper Plates Page.

The Change Plate set has four 10's, two 5's and two 2.5's.
