Designed to be used as a technique bar for teaching lifts at light weights, this can be used by an older athlete learning a new lift or perfecting their form or a younger athlete touching a barbell for the first time. By having standard 2" barbell sleeves you can load normal plates/bumpers and it is rackable as well to perform lifts from a rack.
