The Alpha Single Utility Roller was designed to be a multi-use roller that attaches with a single 1″ threaded pin and Adjustable Nut. It pairs well with our GOAT Attachment for Leg Extensions, Hamstring Curls and other exercises. They are available in 9 pad colors and are handmade in Columbus Ohio. Does not fit non-1″ holes (5/8″, 3/4″ etc.).

The Alpha Single Utility Roller uses a threaded pin and adjustable nut for attachment compared to a hitch pin for attachment on the Dual Utility roller which allows the Alpha Utility Roller to stick out from the post directly and not using a bracket like the Dual Utility Roller.

Like our Dual Utility Roller this can be used for Split Squats, Nordic Curls, Bicep Curls and Much more while you can also do many movements not possible on the Dual Utility Roller such as hip thrusts and Back Raises.

Perfect!!

This is my second Aloha roller from Straydog. I can't say enough about their products and exceptional customer service .Extremely personal and willing to go the extra mile. Roller is way better than Rogues roller.

This roller does it all…

This single alpha roller is top notch. Most leg rollers attach to the rack in a way that creates a lot of instability while using. This threaded rod and nut combo not only gives the best security, but is easy to remove or adjust as needed. The pad is firm and bigger than others on the market, which makes it versatile for any movement. Having the ability to pick a color to match your gym is also a nice touch. Lastly, it’s made in the USA and is very competitively priced. Well done!

Don't look at any other roller

These are excellent quality.  I bought 2 to retrofit an old school Nautilus leg curl/extension.  They work great, are solid, and easily removable if I want to attach them to a rack.  Would buy again in a heartbeat.
