The Single Utility Roller was designed to be a versatile attachment allowing athletes to do various movements that are not possible on our dual utility roller such as hip thrusts, 45 hyper extensions and others. They also pair well with our GOAT Attachment for many movements.

If you purchase a GOAT Attachment we recommend you purchase two Single Utility Rollers or 2 Alpha Single Utility Rollers to get full use out of the GOAT.
